Hi Mansi,
There is a travel agent office located behind Madras Cafe - one of my friends booked a ticket to bombay from her - and he said comparatively he got a good price.
Also, a similar question was answered by someone else on this board - just search for it.

Hi Manasi,
Whatever you do, don't go to ITC for your travel needs. A friend of mine recently purchased an India ticket with them and the service was bad. The agent actually yelled at the customer because they asked about the status of a ticket change one too many times.
