Whats included: Furnished (or non) room in 3/2 private home. All utilities (elec, gas, water, trash & cable), Internet and telephone can be available. Laundry room (buy your own supplies).
Cost to move in: First and last months rent.
Now, before you tremble at coming up with $1400, I live in the 'real paycheck to paycheck world' & know moving can be financially draining.
Here's my deal for you: Move in now with 1st months rent and partial last months rent ($700+200=900). I will break the remaining balance of the last months rental into 4 payments ($125)to be paid with your base monthly rent.
About Security Deposits: I know you are a responsible adult and do not put holes in walls, use crayons to try and color the walls, intentionally break things or steal from others so I do not need to request a security deposit.
What do I need: Verifiable income and references.
I'm not concerned with a credit check, hey life happens!
